Singing Greg Voice Studio
A portfolio and booking system for Gregory Harrion's growing voice studio.
The Mission
The client's one-page site was not optimized for his ideal students, and his off-site booking system was losing leads. I partnered with him as a strategist to create a new brand identity and a custom WordPress website designed to attract his target audience.
The Plan
We would completely rebuild Greg's website from the ground up. To bring his company values and target inline with his brand, we brought on a professional designer to redo his logo, color palette and a set of website mockups so he could give feedback on the design before we even building out the site.
We would create separate pages for prospective clients to contact great and for current clients to book upcoming lessons. The Contact page would be designed to help filter out tire kickers and clients without a budget. The booking system would be embedded directly into the lessons page with different booking options depending on the lesson lengths.
This approach would save Greg the headache of filtering through bookings and messages to figure out who is s a student booking a lesson and who wants to book a "fit" call to see if they should sign up.
Final Results
The core solution was integrating his booking and payment system directly onto the new site. This created an intuitive, on-site process that reduced no-shows and attracted better-fit clients. The client was able to focus more on teaching and gained a stronger online presence than ever before.
