If everything checks out, with no critical issues, broken components, or outdated installations, we bring you on as a care plan client right away. No additional fees. Your $250 covers the full onboarding process.
If We Find Issues
Every finding is documented in your report with clear, prioritized recommendations. Routine items are addressed during the health check itself. For more complex situations, we will walk you through your options and work together on the best path forward.
Situations that may involve additional fees:
- Plugins so far out of date that updating breaks the site (we will find a replacement or repair what breaks)
- A WordPress installation that poses a security risk due to severely outdated core versions
- Malware found on your site
- Broken layouts or pages that need to be rebuilt
Malware removal:
If malware is found and you migrate to our WPMUDEV managed servers, we clean your site at no extra charge. If you prefer to keep your current hosting, malware removal is available as a separate service ($350).
